How much does premium office cleaning cost in Edinburgh? +
Our standard office-cleaning rate starts at £28 per hour with a 3-hour minimum per visit. The agreed monthly price depends on floor area, visit frequency, access and specialist requirements.
Can you clean outside our business hours? +
Early-morning, evening or weekend scheduling can be agreed during contract setup, subject to team capacity and the building's access requirements.
Do we get the same cleaning team each visit? +
We assign a primary cleaner or team where possible, with briefed cover available when someone is unavailable. The site checklist and access notes remain attached to the account.
Are you insured, and can you work with keys or fobs? +
We carry public liability insurance and vet cleaners before assigning work. Any key, fob or alarm arrangement is documented and agreed during onboarding; insurance details can be supplied for your records.
Is there a long lock-in contract? +
No. We run monthly rolling agreements with no long tie-in. If we're not delivering, you can leave — we'd rather earn your business every month.
