How quickly can you turn around a property? +
The cleaning window is agreed around checkout and check-in. Duration depends on property size, condition, linen requirements and access. For tight same-day changeovers, connect the calendar and confirm the operating window before the first clean.
How does the calendar sync work? +
You share your Airbnb or Booking.com iCal link with us once. Our system checks it every 15 minutes — when a new checkout is detected we auto-create a cleaning job and notify your dedicated cleaner. You don't lift a finger.
Do you provide linens? +
Yes, as an add-on. A linen change is £25; washing, drying and folding the property's own linen is £30. We confirm linen quantities and the operating arrangement before the first turnover.
What happens if my guest checks out late? +
Calendar changes can update the cleaning schedule, but a late physical departure is not always visible in an iCal feed. Hosts should report late checkout as soon as possible; we then confirm whether the agreed cleaning window can still be met.
Can I use you just for Festival season? +
Yes, subject to capacity. Festival-season and other peak-period schedules should be agreed early. Peak-period pricing and available slots are confirmed before you commit.
What if I'm not happy with a clean? +
Every clean is photo-verified so you can check quality immediately. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back at no charge. Every job is covered by public liability insurance.
