Regular office and commercial cleaning starts from £28/hour with a 3-hour minimum. The contract price depends on floor area, frequency, access and the agreed checklist.

Can you do a one-off builders' / post-construction clean? +
Yes. We handle post-construction and post-renovation cleans across Edinburgh — dust removal, paint splatter, adhesive removal and a final presentation clean to hand the space over ready to use. These are quoted per site.
Do you clean outside business hours? +
Yes — early mornings, evenings and weekends so cleaning never disrupts your operation. For retail and hospitality we can work around opening hours and busy periods.
Are you insured? +
We carry public liability insurance and vet cleaners before assigning work. Insurance details and the agreed product or site procedures can be supplied during contract onboarding.
Is there a minimum contract length? +
