Data retention

  • Customer data: retained for the duration of our business relationship and for 6 years after for accounting and legal purposes.
  • Cleaner application data: retained for 12 months if unsuccessful, or for the duration of the working relationship if successful.
  • Call recordings: retained for up to 12 months.
  • Website analytics: anonymised and retained for up to 26 months.
